I’ve just moved over from WA, and having always had mechanics in my family, this was my first time ever needing to find one myself — and I honestly hit the jackpot. As a female with little car knowledge, I was worried I might get taken advantage of, but Vic treated me like family from the very beginning. He offered me a courtesy car, and when my hire car (not the courtesy one) broke down, he even offered to come and jump-start it for me. He got me booked in so quickly, even when wait times everywhere else were crazy, and he took into consideration that I have two little kids and really needed my car back. Vic has gone above and beyond to help me out, and I couldn’t recommend him and his team highly enough. They’re honest, straight to the point, excellent at what they do, and don’t rip you off.
